Breath work saved me!
"Breath work changed my life. It has been hands down the greatest healing and grounding tool I have ever used. It has got me through some very challenging days and life experiences. Now having access to all the types of breath work and the masters that teach them in one app is absolutely amazing! Best purchase ever! I don’t have to go search YouTube for the right video anymore. I can wake up and jump right into a session to calm my mind and connect my heart through my breath. I am stoked!!! These teachers are the masters 🦾💕 I know I can trust them. I even use this app for my work and the employees that I lead daily. Everyone needs to learn how to use their breath to heal and center themselves. Now I can send them straight to the masters to learn and they can take the lessons with them when they go home."

Breathwork taught me to self heal
"This app is going to help so many people! Thank you for bringing all of these wonderful instructors together in one place. In 2017 I got really sick with a lung infection that ended up being a dead end with modern medicine. Long story short, Breathwork is what cured my lung infection (that was getting very dangerous) in a short time and likely saved my life!"

I’ve experimented with breathwork throughout my biohacking, optimal fitness and personal growth journey - the few tricks/techniques I knew have changed my life.
